Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

  • 20 chicken wings or drumettes

  • 1 cup Homebhais Indian Barbecue Sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Set your oven to 425°F (220°C).

  2. Season Wings: Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels. In a large bowl, toss them with salt and pepper until evenly coated.

  3. Bake Wings: Arrange the wings in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake for 45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the skin is crispy and golden.

  4. Increase Oven Temperature: Raise the oven temperature to 500°F (260°C).

  5. Sauce the Wings: In a large bowl, toss the baked wings with Homebhais Indian Barbecue Sauce until well coated.

  6. Final Bake: Return the sauced wings to the baking sheet and bake for an additional 5–8 minutes, until the sauce is slightly caramelized and sticky.

  7. Serve: Let cool slightly and serve warm.
